Instructions

First, select the date you are interested in. Then, for each field that you want to see, select its checkbox. Also, select the data source and which surface or transsection you want to view. After making your selections, activate (i.e., click on) the "Show Plots!" button, or any of the thumbnail example images.

Notes:

• All forecast timestamps are the "valid-for" times, not the "model-initialized-at" times!
• Note all Met data sets are available for all hours. GMAO forecasts and analyses are every 6 hours. NCEP analyses are at 00Z and 12Z, with near-term forecasts at 00Z, 06Z, 12Z,and 18Z.

You may be able to access more data, on a more customized basis, by going to the Goddard Automailer. (Follow the link at the bottom of that page.)
